Wheelchair assistance is provided by third-party attendants contracted by individual airlines. Contact your airline to schedule assistance at no extra charge in advance of your travel

Upon arrival at this location, wheelchair assistance may be requested at no charge from the attendants stationed inside the facility, across from the restrooms on the first floor. This service is provided by Bags Inc. There is also a phone number noted at the entrance to each level of the car rental return. Call 1-513-607-3218 for an attendant to meet with a wheelchair at any level of the car rental return within the Terminal.

If the person requiring assistance is driving themselves, they may park in one of the accessible parking spaces in the CVG Terminal Garage. However, they may also use the CVG ValuPark service, as the driver is able to assist with bags from the car to the shuttle bus, and then again from the shuttle bus to the Ground Transport West location at the Terminal. Upon arrival at this location, a phone number is noted at the entrance to the Terminal to call for wheelchair assistance.

CVG has partnered with Bags Inc. to offer a time-saving baggage check-in service. You can find one of two Bags Inc. locations in Ground Transport West, either on the first or third floor. One of their helpful employees will check you in for your flight and check your bags. So, if you’re short on time, you can skip having to go to your airline ticket counter and head immediately to the security checkpoint and then to your gate. The service is $3 per bag and is available up to 60 minutes before departure.
