Allegiant Adding Flights to New Orleans

Service Begins February 4
Nov. 18, 2014 — Allegiant Travel Company announces new service from CVG to New Orleans, LA (MSY). Passengers can book travel for as low as $85 one-way.
“As Allegiant's fastest growing market in their 15 year history, we are thrilled Allegiant is continuing to expand at CVG,” said Candace McGraw, chief executive officer, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. “Our passengers want to travel to the Big Easy. New Orleans will be the ninth market served by Allegiant at CVG.”

Starting February 4, passengers can travel to New Orleans twice per week from February to May. Service will initially operate a Wednesday and Saturday schedule and then change to a Monday and Friday schedule. Allegiant will operate the 177 seat A320 and the 166 seat MD 80. Tickets and vacation packages can be booked through Allegiant.com.
“Allegiant started service from CVG in February 2014, with service two times per week to Orlando and Tampa Bay,” said Wm.T. (Bill) Robinson III, Kenton County Airport Board Chairman. “With today's expansion to New Orleans, Allegiant will offer over 20 flights per week to nine different destinations. This growth would not be possible without the tremendous support of the Tri-State region.”
About the $85 one-way fares: Seats are limited. Price includes taxes and fees. Fares are one way and not available on all flights. Must be purchased by Nov. 20, 2014 for travel by May 5, 2015.
