Sept. 23, 2014 — CVG will conduct mandatory fire training from 9 to 11 p.m. Sept 23 – 25 as part of its mission to keep passengers safe.

The training will take place on site at the Fire Department Training Facility on South Airfield Road. If you see smoke or fire near the airport during these hours, do not be alarmed.

Airports are required to conduct fire training twice annually, as regulated by the FAA. For safety reasons the training is not open to the public or to the media.
