CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A teen with a terminal illness was welcomed to the Tri-State Monday with a party fit for a princess.

Seventeen-year-old Shantell "Shannie" Pooser is no stranger to the spotlight after becoming the first-ever American Airlines honorary flight attendant with Down syndrome.

When Shannie got off her very own PSA Jet, named "Princess Shannie's Jet," Monday, she could hardly believe her eyes. She had just finished her flight attendant duties when she was greeted at Gate B with travelers ready to cheer her on.
