Walking Paths for Better Health Unveiled
Sponsored by the American Heart Association and MedpaceDec. 2, 2014 — CVG Fit to Fly Walking Paths for Better Health will be unveiled at CVG today. These walking routes are possible due to a partnership with the American Heart Association and Medpace. Walking routes are marked in the baggage claim, Concourse A, Concourse B and the tunnel connecting passengers from security to the concourses. CVG installed new water bottle filling stations along the walking routes.“Customer service is a top priority at CVG,” said Candace McGraw, chief executive officer, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. “Both our employees and passengers are concerned about wellness. The newly marked walking routes allow our customers the opportunity to burn calories while waiting for their flight or taking a break from work.”Wm. T. Stroke ranks fourth and is a leading cause of severe adult disability. Some form of cardiovascular disease affects more than one in every three adult Americans. CVG Celebrates Cincinnati Artist Charley Harper
Nov. 20, 2014 — CVG has installed 36 images from world–renowned Cincinnati artist Charley Harper. In partnership with his son, Brett Harper, iconic images were chosen to represent Charley’s unique way of looking at nature, objects and situations. The images can be found in the Concourse B food court and lounge areas.“We are very proud to have Charley’s work on display at CVG. Charley Harper's unique minimalist approach is unmistakable, people know his work the minute they see it,” said Candace McGraw, chief executive officer, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.“This is part of CVG's on-going effort to showcase our regional community,” said Wm. Adds Courtesy Golf Cart Shuttles, Reserved Premium Parking and $6 Web Coupon for ValuParkNov. 19, 2014 – CVG now offer courtesy golf cart shuttles and reserved premium parking options in the Terminal Garage, and a $6 web coupon for the CVG ValuPark lot.Golf carts will shuttle passengers to and from their cars to the elevators and escalators in the Terminal Garage seven days per week.Today, CVG will begin offering reserved premium parking options. Customers can reserve a parking space online www.cvgreservedparking.com. Customers will pay a $4 per day fee at the time of the reservation and the standard garage rate of $15 per day as you exit. The Reserved Premium Parking guarantees passengers a spot on Level C (Ticketing) in Rows 28 – 29. This is an added amenity to save passengers time when looking for a spot in the CVG Terminal Garage.“We continually strive to enhance the passenger experience at CVG,” said Wm. T.
